What Is Life Coaching?
Coaching unlocks your hidden potential and empowers you to think creatively in the pursuit of your goals. But we weren’t made to navigate life alone. Coaches form dynamic relationships with their clients to help them fulfill their purpose and goals. Coaches give you the authority over your own life and empower you to be self-sustaining in the pursuit of your goals. This is why lifestyle transformation is so crucial in the journey.Â
What Coaching Is Not.
Coaching is not counseling. Counselors listen to tell people how to solve their problems. Coaches actively listen and help you to creatively develop strategies and problem solve on your own.Â
What Is The Process Like?
I’m really looking forward to partnering with you. Here’s what the process looks like.
1. Sign Up Below
Once you sign up, I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Unless I’m in a busy season of life, I’ll usually respond within 24 hours.Â
2. Initial consultation is 100% free.
We’ll get to know each other better and determine if the relationship is going to work out. Honesty is absolutely required in this relationship and it will be important that we always communicate in honesty and in trust.
3. We'll set up a game plan.
Once we agree to get started, I’ll have you take some assessments and we’ll get the ball rolling to get you on track to reach your goal.Â
4. I'll help you stay consistent and accountble.
Even though you’ll be coming up with the strategies, I’ll help to keep you accountable and consistent in your goal. After all, I am your coach! However, how often I reach out will totally depend on you. Remember, this is all about you taking responsibility and authority over your life.Â
5. God willing, you'll hit that goal!
That feeling of accomplishing your goal is amazing! I hope that one day I’ll get to celebrate you as you accomplish those goals!

Hourly
Not all goals and problems require long-term coaching relationships. Or maybe you have all the materials and assessments. There are many reasons this package may be for you. Please note, however, the hourly rate does not include everything in a regular package.Â

4 Week Coaching Package
 This package includes:
- 4 One-hour sessions.
- Coaching materials.
- Personality and strengths assessments and how to use them to your advantage.
- Accountability check-ins.Â

8 Week Coaching Package
This package includes:
- 8 One-hour sessions.
- Coaching materials.
- Personality and strengths assessments and how to use them to your advantage.

About Me
During my time at Regent University I met Dr. Joseph Umidi and was struck by his passion to train a generation of coaches that equipped and empowered others to live out their God-given calling and to fulfill their destiny. Without hesitation I took his class on Transformational Growth Coaching and became a certified Life Growth Coach through his organization Lifeforming Leadership Coaching.
Following that first class and certification, I completed the second course called Life Focus, which hones in on assembling a person’s whole story and coaching the whole person. It was transformational for me and I’m privileged to be able to help others achieve their goals and dreams!
