About Justin

I recently finished an M.A. from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in the Hebrew Bible and the Ancient Near East. I completed my M.Div. at Regent University in May 2014. I received my B.S. in Practical Theology with a minor in Missions from Southeastern University in May 2011. I have served as a Youth Pastor for about 5 years. In 2010 and 2011 I served as a part-time Youth Pastor in Washington, Pa. and in Lakeland, Fl. After I graduated I began full-time youth ministry in Pittsburgh, Pa. from 2012-2014. I grew up going to church most of my life, but it wasn’t until my senior year of high school that I had a major, life-changing moment and I’ve been pursuing Jesus and searching for His truth ever since. Although I have been called to many different ministries and people groups, the main aspect of my ministry is authenticity and “realness.” It’s important for me as a follower of Jesus to be honest with Him in my practical, daily life and to be genuine with others as well. Why I Love Jesus In 2006 I had a major life transformation and began following Jesus with my whole life. When I was baptized in the Holy Spirit I began to see my calling and it shifted my direction as I pursued my college degree. Now I’m 27 and I see my calling as something precious and important. Many have a calling to one particular ministry or area. For me, God has called me to minister to all people in all places and cultures. What does that mean? It means that the Holy Spirit has given me several giftings in different areas to fulfill His call on my life. It took me a long time to recognize and come to terms with this calling. I always felt like an outsider or that I never fit in. But now I see that my true home is Heaven and everything I do on earth is to build up the Kingdom of God.
